As Co-Founder and CEO of Sterling Staffing Solutions, Stephen helped transform the company into one of America’s fastest-growing staffing firms, earning national recognition through multiple Inc. 5000 rankings and prestigious business awards. Beyond entrepreneurship, he also serves as CEO of White Orchid Hospice, driven by a personal mission to provide compassionate care inspired by both family experiences and military service as a decorated U.S. Army Combat Medic veteran.
